In September I planned a girls night to see Florida Georgia Line at Usana. Dan and Shay and Morgan Wallen opened too and were great!

September

We normally stay home for Labor day but this year we still wanted to do a few more trips so we headed to Hatch to close the cabin down.

We spent some time fishing at Panguitch Lake
Of course we had to get treats on our long drive and Brynnley loved her chocolate donut and Aubrie chose ice cream.

Brynnley got a haircut right in time to start Pre-School at Lotsa Tots with Ms Autumn
To celebrate Aubrie's 7th birthday she chose to eat at Olive Garden for dinner
This girl loves playing soccer and being competitive, even if it was 90 degrees or 30 degrees outside.

Brynnley loves getting all her stuffed animals together so they can get their hair done and makeup on.

Shannon got a new kitten this month and the girls enjoyed playing with her and her crazy kitten energy.

Happy 7th Birthday Aubrie

Aubrie turned 7 years old this year on September 2nd while we were coming home from the Cabin.
The week before her real birthday, she wanted to have a friend party that was LOL doll themed at the splash pad. She had about 10 kids attend and had a blast being the center of attention, playing in the water, eating cake and pizza, and opening presents with her friends.

The friends she invited were mostly from Lotsa Tots and included: Gabe, Harrison, Brody and Taylor Bunker, Izzie, Kaia, Kendra, Allie and Ezra Bush and Addie and Harper as well as Brynnley.
She got spoiled with tons of LOL toys and other fun things.

We celebrated Aubrie's real birthday at the Cabin in Hatch. Grandma Susie made a fun LOL birthday complete with a cake and presents.

August Cancer Update

On July 31st I started a new chemotherapy medication. Dr. Werner wants me to try this new Injection called Faslodex which will replace the Letrozole I have been taking for years. This will hopefully keep the cancer from growing sine the Letrzole and Palbo combination wasn't working as well anymore.

I go into the South Jordan Huntsman every 2 weeks for the first month and then will just have them once a month. The injections are super thick and give the nurses a workout pushing them into my hips. I have to get 1 in each hip. So far the only side effects I have noticed are a nasty chemical smell when I pee for about the first 2 weeks that starts pretty immediatly after the shot and get immediate bloating. I  have noticed that a few days after the injections I am very fatigued and have soreness in my hips.

Since having 3 rounds of injections, I have gained about 10 lbs despite eating clean and exercising. This is very frustrating since being bloated and swollen everywhere is miserable, especially when I am tierd but still try to be as active as possible. I continue to struggle with hot flashes but find they are worse in the mornings around 8-10 AM and caffinne triggers them more.

My hair is still growing and had it cut recently for a little change. As much as I would like to grow it long again, it is so hard getting it past a certain point and with hot flashes the long hair is awful.
