For Memorial Day weekend we took a trip to the Hatch Cabin. This was Aubrie's first time going there.
As I was packing to go, I found her passed out on the floor (first time that has ever happend).
Beaver Chevron rocking chair:
Aubrie has started the "cheesy scrunch face" every time we pull out the camera. She is enjoying her breakfast at the cabin.
I wanted to take some pictures of the Bunk house and things around the lot that I have always remembered as a kid. We were surprised to see the bunk house still standing this year, but this will probably be the last as Dad, Jeff, and Ster started taking the wood off (which will be going into my parents barn). My mom would always tell us stories of when she and her brother were little they would sleep in the bunk house in the bunk beds that are in the big cabin now and tell us how all night long they would hear the skunks scratching under the house.
This is the little trailer that my Great Grandma/Pa and Grandma would stay in on the Mammoth river. This was pulled behind the '57 Chevy that my parents have. My Grandma and her parents would come from California every summer and spend the whole summer fishing by the river.
The outhouse that is leaning as well. I always remember the animal skulls Grandma would place on the toilet seat (I would never want to use it for that reason).
The big cabin.
In the little house: The entire wall is filled with magazine cut-outs that Bammy put on the wall. When Ster and I were little, we filled the blank spots up with more recent pictures.
Behind every main door in the cabins there are tons of fishing supplies and hats.
