4th of July Celebrations

This year we spent the 4th of July attending the Riverton Days parade and park activities with family. Both girls were in love with all the floats and especially the candy.

Hanging out with cousin Addy at the Riverton Park.

Mckinzy's 30th Birthday

I can't believe that I am no longer in my 20's, but extremely happy to be here today and not suffering from the effects of Cancer treatments.  One year ago, I was being discharged from the hospital after having Brynnley and getting that awful diagnosis.
My mom was kind enough to have a party for me and Brynnley as well as Father's Day.

Lake Powell and New Trailer

I have learned many things from going through my Cancer experiences. One of the most important things I learned is to enjoy the little things in life and spending time enjoying family time and spending time with the kids.

We were lucky enough to find a RV trailer that was almost brand new and a great price. We weren't planning on getting a trailer but realized our time is precious with our little girls.

The first trip with took with the trailer was to celebrate Brynnley and my birthday at Lake Powell. It was nice to be able to return to my families tradition of going to Lake Powell in June.

Aubrie had a busy month with starting a new dance class at Elite Academy and finishing up her first season playing t-ball!

Hatch and 11 months old

Little miss Brynnley is growing up too quickly! She is now 11 months and is the sweetest and happiest baby.

Brynnley got to have an early birthday cake taste since we took her 1 year old pictures a little early.

Brynnley is a great eater and loves almost anything that is put in front of her....as long as she can feed herself!

We went to Hatch for Memorial Day and had fun playing with family and riding 4-wheelers.

Happy 1st Birthday Brynnley!

Little Miss Brynnley turned 1 year old on June 12, 2016! We were in Lake Powell on her actual birthday so she got to have a few parties.

At the end of May, I took Brynners to Camera shy to get her b-day pics taken, but of course she decided to cry the entire time so we did a re-take at home so we could actually get some pics with smiles in it :)
At 1 year old Brynnley:
-  weighs 16.5lbs (2%)
-  has learned to scoot around on her bum, but will not crawl
-  can stand supported
-  drinks real milk in a sippy cup
-  loves to eat and feed herself. Some of her favs are mandrin oranges, puffs, and pretzels
-  loves to be held
-  is still sleeping in her pack n play in our room ( part of it is me not wanting her to leave my room)
-  loves playing with her sister and having giggle fests, especially late at night
-  loves holding remotes and anything in her hands, especially paper
-  loves fuzzing her blankets
-  tries hard to catch and pet the cats Millie and Moki
-  is such a content baby and loves just hanging out (and hates being left alone)

Brynnley got to have another party that was combined with my birthday this year! I am grateful to share a b-day month with my sweet girl!
When it came time for her smash cake, she was the most cleanest baby I have seen. She first started picking off the sprinkles and eating them, then started to taste the icing and then once we showed her the confetti cake inside, she enjoyed eating that!

This picture describes most of our photo session: snotty nose with frosting all over
