Bear Lake Cabin Trip

We spent some time in June at a beautiful cabin overlooking Bear Lake. We went as a family along with all the Evans side including Grandma Joan.

The girls loved making sand castles with Grandma Joan and finding sea shells in the sand.

We also had to get the famous Raspberry Shakes while in Bear Lake!

We also did some cave exploration at Minnetonka Caves. There were only like 800 stairs through the caves....and did I mention they were wet and slippery?

This was the beautiful view we had from the back porch of the cabin we rented.

A really neat part of the cabin was the swings that were attached below the big balcony. The kids loved playing in them.

Pre-school Graduation

We enjoyed watching the South Jordan parade and fireworks in June!

We also spent lots of time at the splash pad every week. Aubrie couldn't get enough of the water and Brynnley was happy for short periods of time splashing around.

Aubrie was able to "officially" graduate from pre-school this June . She loved this year at Lotsa Tots and especially loved Ms. Debbie and all her cute crafts and songs. Soon after graduation, Ms. Debbie's ovarian cancer returned and she is no longer teaching :(

 Aubrie wants to be a teacher when she grows up. 

Family Pictures at Daybreak

For my birthday I chose to have Tasha take our pictures at Daybreak. I loved how they turned out!

Brynnley is 3!

We asked Brynnley where she wanted to eat for her birthday dinner and she said "Pizza" so we enjoyed celebrating at The Pie.

Of course this girl was spoiled and had her very own chocolate cake made by Grandma Susie! This girl can't ever have enough chocolate!

At 3 years old Brynnley:

-Says "Amen" when she is finished reading a book....and argues with you if you tell her it is supposed to be 'the end'
- Loves animals...especially dogs and cats
- Is very happy and content when she plays on her own
- Loves tagging along with big sister to play with friends
- Likes to style hair including her sisters and her barbies hair
- Is a picky eater but will drink her pediasure 'milk shakes' any day.
- Is a good helper and likes to help clean up (only of course when she wants to)
- Still will do anything for chocolate
-Loves to watch Paw Patrol, Puppy Dog Pals and Mickey Mouse clubhouse
- Knows her colors and is working on learning shapes
- Goes to tumbling class and likes to do summer-salts
- Likes to eat out at Olive Garden
-Is starting to potty train
-Doesn't like to sleep in her own bed and prefers to cuddle and sleep on top of you
